The Problem

The US currently faces a shortage of face shields and masks. Almost all medical-grade masks are being sent to hospitals and medical workers. Because of this, workers in the food industry such as restaurant owners, grocery store employees, and food bank volunteers are not left with enough masks to ensure their protection.

It is important to ensure that our community’s front line workers have the protection they need to best help us during these trying times.

The solution

Our goal at Break the Outbreak 501 c(3) is to limit the spread of COVID 19 by equipping grocery stores, restaurants, senior citizen homes, and food banks with PPE (personal protective equipment). We do not charge them for any PPE and they are given to the businesses and senior citizens free of cost. Hopefully, this act will go a long way in helping struggling businesses during this pandemic.

We are also delivering care packages to isolated seniors, homeless, low income people, as they are heavily impacted by this pandemic.

PPE PRODUCTION

Each and every single one of our Personal Protective Equipment (Masks, Face Shields) are hand-made by our members across the nation. The procedure is under strict CDC guidelines and follows our design of Face Shields made by Break the Outbreak. We donate not only PPE but our love, our care for those who we are helping, making a difference in their lives.
Our donations we made by care, love, passion, and looking for a better tomorrow as the youth of this great nation. We prosper growth, not only breaking the outbreak of today but shatter the limitation for our infinite future.

Medical Informatics

We also focuses on medical education and research projects. Our Medical Informatics Committee write biweekly articles that focus on a topic in a scientific area such as biology and public health and explains how these concepts have relevance to the COVID-19 pandemic. We also create local community outreach projects to educate the public about public health guidelines and how they can adapt amidst the pandemic.
